1. The Purpose of the Association

The Activities relating to the electric lamps, ballasts, and their parts and materials, as shown below.

1. Investigation of the statistics for their domestic production, sales, and export / import.
2. Improvement of the quality and safety for the products above.
3. Standardization for domestic standard （JIS） and international standard （IEC）.
4. Promotion of the new industries relating to the lamps and ballasts.
